Suffs
Suffs is a stage musical with book, music, and lyrics by Shaina Taub, centered on the U.S. women’s suffrage movement and the campaign leading to the 19th Amendment. The show premiered Off-Broadway at The Public Theater in 2022 and later transferred to Broadway, opening at the Music Box Theatre on April 18, 2024. At the 2024 Tony Awards, Suffs won Best Book of a Musical and Best Original Score (music and lyrics by Taub).
