Obstructed View, Limited View, and Partial Obstruction means that in a certain location, the seat may not have a full view of the entire performance. All venues and types of obstructions are different and may not be the same for all events. The venue where your event is located is responsible for deciding if a specific seat location has a partial view and the venue also is responsible for printing the disclaimer on the ticket. The sellers on the site are required to include this information when listing tickets for sale, but might not always know how large the obstruction is or any of the other details.

All tickets that are sold on the site were originally purchased by someone else, as part of the secondary market. The name on the ticket may be a different name, or there may not be a name at all. Your name does not need to be displayed on the ticket to attend the event, as all tickets are transferable.

The site is not affiliated with any venue and is not able to provide the specifics of the event other than the start time. Event start times and performers are always subject to change, so you are encouraged to check the venue or artists website for the most up-to-date information.

You do not need to bring the order summary that was emailed with you to the event. Your tickets (or, for AXS Mobile ID, your phone with the AXS mobile app installed) are the only thing that you will need to bring.

Many times, sellers will receive their tickets sooner than expected, but because they may not know exactly when that will be, they provide the latest date that they expect to receive the tickets. The sellers will send the tickets to you as soon as they are made available to the seller, so expediting this process isn't available.

Customer service will try to see if it is possible to get your tickets reprinted or reissued. However, we are not responsible for tickets that have been lost, stolen, or damaged. It can be very difficult to get tickets reprinted or reissued, so it is always recommended to keep them in a safe place.
