If the event is coming up in a few days or few hours, most of the tickets on the site will be available for Email Delivery, Mobile E-Tickets, Electronic Transfer or Special Delivery. When the order has been confirmed, you will receive either a link to download and print your tickets or detailed instructions on how you will be receiving your tickets.

Each venue may have different ticket policies for children. Before you place an order, contact the venue to see if your child can attend the event without a ticket.

All tickets that are sold on the site were originally purchased by someone else, as part of the secondary market. The name on the ticket may be a different name, or there may not be a name at all. Your name does not need to be displayed on the ticket to attend the event, as all tickets are transferable.

To find tickets for an event you can first search for an event, team, artist or venue at the top of the page. Then click the "Search" button or hit "Enter" to see the events in chronological order. To see what tickets are still available, click on "View Tickets" and select how many tickets you are looking for.

Of course! All tickets that are ordered on the site are 100% transferable. Venues do not check IDs to match original name.If you are gifting tickets that are set for Special Delivery, the seller may ask for a form of ID before giving the tickets to the person attending the event. Please email customer service right away if any contact information needs to be changed so that we can send this request to the seller right away.

Once you have selected an event for which you are interested in ordering tickets, at the top of the listings you will be able to select how you would like to filter tickets. You can filter by price, quantity, section, and rows.

Unfortunately, because there are many different sellers listing tickets on the site, you are not able to place multiple listings in the same order. All ticket listings need to be fulfilled separately as delivery types, methods and times are different for each set of tickets.

There are many ways to deliver tickets to ensure that customers receive their tickets as quickly and easily as possible. These delivery types include:Email Delivery: Tickets that will be sent to you via email as soon as they are made available. The email will include a link to download and print your tickets.Instant Download: Tickets that are typically sent within minutes after your order has been confirmed. You will receive an email with a link to download and print your tickets. Mobile E-Tickets: Tickets that will be sent to you via email and that must be displayed on a smartphone. You should not print these tickets out, as they cannot be scanned from paper at the venue. Shipped Tickets: These hardstock tickets will be shipped to you through UPS. Once the tickets have shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.AXS Mobile ID (formerly called Flash Seats): Tickets will be transferred to you electronically. You will need to create an AXS account at www.axs.com using the email address that was used to purchase your tickets. You will also need to install the AXS mobile app. The app will provide you with a barcode for the venue to scan when you arrive at the event.Electronic Transfer: Tickets will be transferred to you electronically from the website on which they were originally purchased. They will be pulled up and scanned from your smart phone, and there is no need to designate a credit card or ID for the tickets. Special Delivery: A form of delivery that includes Local Pickup - Tickets will be available for pick up from the seller at or near the venue with a valid ID. Will Call - Tickets will be available for pick up at the venue's Will Call window or Box Office with a valid ID. Paperless Tickets - Tickets are associated with the original form of payment. This may be on a credit card or prepaid gift card. You will either receive this card by picking it up or, if possible, it will be shipped, or a meet up at the venue will be coordinated between you and the seller. If your order is being delivered to you through the website's Special Delivery services, you will receive an email with additional instructions, along with the details that are necessary to have an easy and quick pick up.

Usually you are able to order tickets up until the event has started. However, it is always recommended to order tickets as early as possible, as there may be less tickets to choose from as the event gets closer. Once it has started, please keep in mind the different types of delivery methods and that you print any Email Delivery tickets prior to attending the event.
