It is guaranteed that your tickets will arrive in time for the event, that they will be legitimate and valid for entry, and that they will be the tickets that you ordered, comparable, or better. Your only recourse under this 100% Guarantee is the return of the price charged for the tickets in the form of credit for the purchase price (inclusive of the ticket price, service charges, and delivery fees paid by you) for use on a future purchase (except we may, in our sole discretion and in lieu of a credit, choose to provide you with a cash refund of this amount).

The only information that the seller may see is what is required to successfully delivery your tickets to you, such as your shipping address.

To find tickets for an event you can first search for an event, team, artist or venue at the top of the page. Then click the "Search" button or hit "Enter" to see the events in chronological order. To see what tickets are still available, click on "View Tickets" and select how many tickets you are looking for.

All sellers that are listing tickets on the site have been pre-screened to guarantee that valid tickets will arrive in time for the event. Sellers with a history of above average performance can be identified by a "Preferred Seller" tag.

"Zone Seating" means that tickets you ordered will be seated within, or better than, the listed range that the seller provided. Zone Seating listings may show a range of sections or rows. Please note, if these types of tickets are purchased we are not able to request a specific seat location from the seller.

The price that you may see printed on the ticket is known as the "face value". Sellers have the ability to change ticket prices. The listed price may be higher or lower than what is printed on the ticket.

All tickets that are sold on the site were originally purchased by someone else, as part of the secondary market. The name on the ticket may be a different name, or there may not be a name at all. Your name does not need to be displayed on the ticket to attend the event, as all tickets are transferable.

Many times, sellers will receive their tickets sooner than expected, but because they may not know exactly when that will be, they provide the latest date that they expect to receive the tickets. The sellers will send the tickets to you as soon as they are made available to the seller, so expediting this process isn't available.

If the event was postponed or rescheduled, a refund will not be issued for your order as the tickets will still be valid for the new date.
