"Zone Seating" describes tickets that the seller does not own, but is offering to procure for you. Once your order is confirmed, we guarantee that your tickets will be within the zone or section listed or one comparable and that you will receive these tickets in time for the event.Zone Seating listings may show a range of sections or rows. Please note, if these types of tickets are purchased we are not able to request a specific seat location from the seller. If applicable, specific seats are not assigned until delivery.

When you place an order, it is guaranteed that all seats will be together unless the seller notated otherwise. Please be aware that for theater events, the venue may use odd seat numbers on one side and even seats on the other side, and your tickets may appear to be separated, but are actually together.

Obstructed View, Limited View, and Partial Obstruction means that in a certain location, the seat may not have a full view of the entire performance. All venues and types of obstructions are different and may not be the same for all events. The venue where your event is located is responsible for deciding if a specific seat location has a partial view and the venue also is responsible for printing the disclaimer on the ticket. The sellers on the site are required to include this information when listing tickets for sale, but might not always know how large the obstruction is or any of the other details.

Once you have selected an event for which you are interested in ordering tickets, at the top of the listings you will be able to select how you would like to filter tickets. You can turn on "Accessibility Options", and the tickets list will refresh to show accessible seats. These listings will show "ADA Accessible" in the seller's notes. Due to the nature of the secondary event ticket marketplace, not all events will have accessible seating available. Please note that venues have different rules and restrictions for accessible seating. If you do not require an accessible seat but wish to purchase an "ADA Accessible" ticket, please contact the venue before purchasing to be sure you can use the ticket.

Two listings in the same row and section may not always be next to each other and can even be seated at opposite ends of the row. This is because most of the ticket listings on the site come from different sellers, so unless the seller has noted otherwise, it is not guaranteed that seats will be together unless they are placed in the same order.
